Our first priority is to provide Halal Meat. Then Quality, freshness and competitively priced meat is our next priority.Beef is also available and no shooting of the animal is done before slaughter. Special beef cuts are available. Parts of beef being sold include Top, Choice, Flanks, Ribs, Forequarter, Shoulder. Bone off mutton and beef are vacuum packed to increase product life. Bone off beef include, Topside, Silverside, Knuckle, Hind shin, Rump steak, Fillet, Sirloin, ribeye, Chuk, LMC, Clod, Fore shin. Mutton bone off include Leg boned out, Shoulder boned out, backstrap. Lamb Chops, Lamb Leg, Lamb ribs, Lamb neck, Lamb shoulder and full Lambs are cut up in pieces or boned out according to customer requirements. We supply to Muslim Butcher Shops, Cash and Carry's and Traditional English Butcher shops. |
